SeleneThese terms are the agreement between you and Selene Labs ("Selene", "we") for using selenexo.com and the Selene app. By creating an account or using Selene you agree to them.
01The service
Selene is software that chats with fans on behalf of creators on OnlyFans and Fanvue: it writes and sends messages, remembers fans, sends paid messages from the scripts you set up, and shows you stats. Selene is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of OnlyFans or Fanvue.
02Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password private: you're responsible for everything done with your account. If you run an agency, you confirm that every creator you connect has authorized you to manage her account and to have Selene message her fans.
03Connecting creator accounts
Creators log in on the platform's own login page inside Selene; we never see or store their password, only the session the platform gives back, kept encrypted. You can disconnect a creator at any time.
04Platform rules
You're responsible for following the terms and rules of OnlyFans, Fanvue and any other platform you connect, including their rules on automation, AI and disclosure. Platforms can change their rules or restrict accounts at any time; we can't guarantee they won't, and we aren't responsible if they do.
05AI-written messages
Selene writes and sends messages automatically. You can watch every chat, switch any chat to Manual and take over at any time. Messages are checked against a list of banned words before they're sent, but no filter is perfect: you remain responsible for what is sent from your creators' accounts.
06Acceptable use
Don't use Selene for anything illegal, for content involving anyone under 18, for non-consensual content, for fraud, harassment or spam, or to break a platform's rules. Chats with red flags are handed to a person on your team. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
07Plans, fees and billing
Selene charges a commission only on sales Selene made: paid messages she sent that fans unlocked, and tips in chats she was answering. The commission is a percentage of the creator's net (what she keeps after the platform's 20% fee). Free plan: no monthly fee, 15% commission. Plus: $29.99 per creator per 30 days, paid upfront, and 10% commission. Each invoice must be paid within 24 hours; while an invoice is unpaid, Selene stops answering on all your creators until it's paid. If you cancel Plus it stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Fees already paid aren't refunded, except where the law requires. We'll tell you before prices change.
08Ending the service
You can stop using Selene at any time by turning it off and disconnecting your creators. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or don't pay what you owe.
09No guarantees
Selene is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or any level of sales or earnings.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Selene Labs isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect; using Selene after that means you accept the new terms.
