SeleneThis explains what Selene Labs collects, why, and what you can do about it. We don't sell personal data, and Selene has no ad trackers or third-party analytics.
01What we collect about you
Your email, agency name and, if you add it, your Telegram handle. Your password is stored only as a one-way scrypt hash. For each login we keep the device's browser, IP address and approximate location, so you can see and sign out your sessions in Settings → Security.
02What we process for your creators
When you connect a creator, we keep the platform session (encrypted with AES-256-GCM; the password is never seen or stored). To run Selene we sync and store her chats: messages, fans' names and usernames, what fans bought and tipped, notes and memories about fans, her vault's media information, the profile and scripts you write, and Selene's replies and the reasons behind them. We process fans' data on behalf of the creator and agency who connected the account.
03How we use it
To run Selene (reading chats, writing and sending replies, remembering fans, sending paid messages), to bill you (sales and invoices), to keep the service secure, to send you notifications (in the app and, if you choose, on Telegram), and to improve the quality of Selene's replies.
04Who we share it with
Only with providers we need to run Selene: AI model providers (through OpenRouter) that receive the chat context and media needed to write a reply or describe a photo, the proxy providers each creator's connection goes through, and our hosting. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We'll also share data if the law requires it.
05Cookies and storage
One login cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also stores a few preferences on your device, like the theme and SFW Mode. No advertising or tracking cookies.
06Security
Creator sessions are encrypted, passwords are hashed, every creator connects through her own dedicated proxy, and admin actions are logged.
07How long we keep it
As long as your account is active and as needed to provide Selene, bill you and meet legal duties. Ask us and we'll delete your account and your creators' data, except what we must keep by law (for example invoices).
08Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Fans who want their data removed can ask the creator or contact us.
09Children
Selene is only for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
